How does it work?
Download the app and follow the steps. You post the work and someone with a truck, van or SUV will come help you.
Is it Safe?
All of our drivers are background checked and insured.

What types of trucks are there?
Pick up trucks and utility trailers.
When and how do I pay?
$30/hr + $2.25/mile + tips. The drivers keep 80% of the fare and 100% of the tips. Everything happens safely through the app. There is no need for any cash to be exchanged.
How much does Hauler cost?
Hauler is cheaper than traditional moving companies, and when you use Hauler you are getting an extra hand to help you.
My item doesn’t fit?
The mover will only be charged for the time the driver was at the starting location.
What happens if the item arrives damaged?
Unfortunately, things get damaged sometimes. We stress tot he drivers that property damage is a very serious matter. If the items are damaged, then every haul is insured up to $20,000.
When is Android app going to be released?
The Android App will be released in the second phase of development. It should be ready by the end of summer 2016.
How many items can be taken in one order?
As many items that will safely fit.
Do I need to help load the item?
Yes, the owner is required to help. However, in the second phase of development helping may not be necessary since you will be able to request a second helper. Hauler encourages the owner to help load their belongings in order to ensure the items are being handled carefully.
Can I ride as a passenger?
Unfortunately, there are liability concerns that prevent the end user from riding with the Hauler driver.
What cities are you currently working in?
We are currently operating in the Denver Metro, Portland Metro, Boise, ID and Las Vegas, NV areas.
I don’t have a truck; can I hire on as a laborer?
Yes, you can hire on as a laborer. When the owner requests more than one helper, then a helper only symbol will appear on the app page for the "in driver mode" of the app. The helper can then accept or decline the load.
